Comedians Susan Rice & Art Krug!

Susan Rice, a Pacific Northwest comedy icon, brings new material to HOKU on June 11th.

SUSAN RICE has been making audiences laugh since 1983. She was recently featured in Vulture Magazine for her widely popular appearance on Don't Tell Comedy, which has garnered over 2 million views. Susan has made appearances on America's Got Talent, ABC, NBC, HBO, Showtime, and Comedy Central. Moving to Los Angeles in 1986 brought Television credits and allowed Susan to open for comics like Jerry Seinfeld, Rich Shydner, Paula Poundstone, and recently Maria Bamford & Arsenio Hall.

ART KRUG has a style that has been described as intelligent, surprising, and relatable. Krug’s quirky observations about everything from strange news stories to free-range chicken will take you in a direction you couldn’t have guessed. A staple of Pacific Northwest comedy since the eighties, Krug has also travelled across the U.S. and into Canada, performing at such prestigious venues as The Improv in L.A. and The Riviera in Las Vegas.
